IndiaThis is a featured page

Hi, I'm one of Mr. Craft's students and my family roots trace back to India. India is a very interesting country. You may be surprised about how different things are there!!!!! Diwali, the Festival of Lights is one of the most important holidays in India, this honors the goddess of wealth, Laxmi. Some of foods we eat are naan(bread) and dal( boiled lentils).

Hi, I lived in Malaysia for a few years. There are many people in Malaysia whose relatives came from India. While I was there I was able to take part in Depavali celebrations, observe the Thaipussam rituals at Batu Caves, and eat lots of truly delicious Indian food. Indian food became our favorite type of food! We were also fortunate enough to go to India itself and see the Taj Mahal, Jaipur, Dehli and other wonders. I hope you get a chance to visit there some day. It is remarkable.
