1. Register. It's free. There's a handy link in the right-hand sidebar.
   
   
2. Once you are registered, you can sign in.
   
   
3. If you are new to editing wiki's, visit the help page.
   
   
4. Check out the Egypt portion of wikiPlaces to get an idea of how this works
   
   
5. Gather your photos.
   Photos on this wiki are protected under a Creative Commons license called Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5. The photographer's name must be included with the photo. If you hover over a picture with your cursor, you will see the photograph's name and creator. Where feasible, provide a link back to the photo's URL. This is easy to do when you insert the photograph; their are fields for this information in the add image window.
   
   
6. Click on the link below to go to the section of the world where your favorite place is located. (If you don't see the section you need, click the EasyEdit button and add it.)
   
   

• If there is already a link to your favorite place, follow it. Click the EasyEdit button on that page to get started.
  
  
• If there is not a link to your favorite place, click the "Add new page" link in the sidebar. You may want to copy this template and save it on to the new page to save yourself some work.
